How much is the shipping fee?
We currently provide flat-rate STANDARD shipping across Australia for just $6. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $60.
How long it takes to ship my items?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from Gold Coast, QLD using Australia Post. Delivery times are generally 2-8 business days for Standard Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards as well as Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you change your mind or find that the shoes don’t fit your little one, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return for an exchange or refund.
We kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning the items to us and ensure they are posted within 5 days of contacting us (please email us the tracking number).
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receiving the returned items. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new pair to you (subject to availability).

Where do you source your products?
We take great care in selecting our suppliers to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. We collaborate closely with small businesses in the Philippines and eastern China to source and produce sock shoes that are currently popular overseas. This allows us to bring these trendy products directly—and often exclusively—to our Australian customers at affordable prices.
